Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the meeting?

Receipts will be sent to you by email.

How do I get a certificate for my attendance to the meeting?

Certificates will be sent to you by email after the congress.

How will I find out if my abstract is accepted?

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and successful delegates will be notified of their poster or oral presentation by 31 March.

When does registration begin?

You can register from 8.00 a.m. on Monday 4 January 2016.

How do I get to the meeting venue in Porto?

Is free internet available throughout the day?

Free Wi-Fi is available in the IPO-Porto

Is there any car parking at the meeting venue?

IPO-Porto has a payed car-park (1€/hour) and in front of IPO-Porto there is another car-park at Campus S. João (0 - 15 min: 0,40€ ; 15 - 30 min: 0,70€;  30 - 45 min: 1,10€; 45 - 60 min: 1,50€; additional 15 minutes: + 0,40€).

What methods of payment can I use?

You can pay registration only by bank transfer.

Does registration include meals?

Your registration fee includes lunches and all tea/coffee breaks. Congress dinner is optional.

Is it easy to see more of Porto outside of the course venue?

Yes it is; the venue is located about 5km from the centre of Porto. It is a short trip into the heart of the city from the nearby ‘IPO-Porto’ Metro station (in front of IPO-Porto). You can find further information about the city of Porto through the official tourism website
